Glazed Apples and Sausage

Ingredients

pork sausage links, prepared following package directions

large tart apples, peeled and sliced 1/4- inch thick
|
|
|

large onion, chopped
|
|
|
| 1/3 |

chicken broth or water

|
|
| 1/4 |

brown sugar
|
|
|
Directions:
In a large skillet, combine apples, onion, broth and brown sugar. Cook over medium heat for 5 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the sausage; heat through and serve.
