1 packet (1 oz.) Hidden Valley Original Ranch Dressing mix
4 cups unsalted mashed potatoes, with or without skins
Butter or margarine, if desired

Directions:

Add dressing mix to mashed potatoes. Stir well. Serve with butter or margarine if desired.
